After breakfast, drive to Shache, the city has 3000 years history, it was one of the most important country on the ancient Silk Road, meanwhile Mausoleum of Amani Shah Khan (poet also musician – famous for collecting and organizing Muqam) Khan Palace, Muqam concert (Uygur cultural treasure in musical field) will give you better understanding of Uygur culture.

After breakfast, we will directly head to Toxkorgan on the way we will be able to see Ganzi Canyon, Karakul Lake and Whitesand Lake. Arrive at Karakul Lake in the afternoon at the foot of the Mustagh ata Mountain, the father of glaciers. Arrive at Toxkorgan The Ancient Stone City is the spot you can’t miss. We highly suggest you to have local yak meat for dinner.

After breakfast, drive to Kuke Xiluke to view the apricot blossoms. On the way, you can also see many apricot blossom and villages and towns where you can stop and take photos. In the afternoon, continue to Ta’er Township, to view the seasonal flowers, according to legend it was the route for Xuanzang of the Tang Dynasty to return east after studying Buddhist scriptures. On the way, we will pass the mysterious Blue Lake and back to Toxkorgan.

After breakfast, we will directly head to Muji Crater, the full name of the Muji Crater is the Khartimir Volcano Group, located in Akto County, Xinjiang. The Muji Crater is the highest volcanic crater in Xinjiang, with an area of about 3,500 meters. The crater is said to have a history of more than 1,500 years. There are more than a dozen large and small scattered around. Some are dry inside, and some are filled with water of different colors. When photographed from above with a drone, it looks like a palette. After the visiting we will be back to Kashgar.

After breakfast, we will drive to Iekeshtam Port ,during the way we will meet the Colorful Mountains. Irkeshtan lies on the natural dividing line between major geographical and cultural regions and has been an important border control point for thousands of years. Then The Western Pole of China will be finally unveiled itself, located in the Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang, the westernmost part of China. It borders Kyrgyzstan and is known as the “Western Pole of China”. In its westernmost village, during the summer, night falls at 10:30 p.m. and the sun does not completely set on the horizon until 11 p.m.The last stop we will be amazed by an unrealistic view with two mountains: The Tianshan Mountains and the Kunlun Mountains meet on the Pamir Plateau. The Tianshan Mountains are light brown -colored and the Kunlun Mountains are dark red-colored!

After breakfast, transfer to Kashgar airport for your onward flight, carrying memories of alpine lakes, desert wonders, and Silk Road warmth. Safe travels home!
